A NEW VERSE 

In celebration of its new space, Sony Square, Sony Japan hosted prominent tech influencers and content creators at its new space. To spread the word about the new space, Sony launched a website to help invitees navigate all that there was to do on the day and look for any information about event schedules, keynotes, and special events.

IMAGINED ANEW

 

A wordmark inspired by the pixel-focused screens of yesteryear and the vibrant, near-infinite colours we see on screens today. Drawing from the brand's progress across the years, now transformed to a fresh, modern look.

SPECTRUM


The colour palette is inspired by the wide array of colours we can see on our screens today. These colours are blended to create gradients that signify the transition Sony has undergone over the years. The palette is split to create signature codes for each part of the Sony Verse. Each segment will have its own palette to create distinction and recognition.

To depict the multiverse within the Sony Verse, we’ve created a visual direction full of depth and texture. These elements help establish a sense of space or rather the endless universe of innovation in which we find ourselves.

OH NO
A BUG! (?)


The VERSE BUGS are the little representatives for Sony Verse. These creatures are a playful take on coding bugs; however, these little critters are all over the Sony Verse to help enrich audience experience and create an approachable and unintimidating environment.
